YGE's laboratory has the latest generation technology, and specializes in developing research of biofuels, based on Innovation and Quality.

The laboratory also provides external support for entities that intend to perform jobs which require sample characterization.

- Elemental analysis of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen (CHN)
- Analysis of microporous materials for gas sorption analyzer BET
- Determine parameters
- Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)
